About Me
I’m a dreamer and promoter of human connection through empathy. A common pastime of mine is to imagine myself as somebody else. How would I feel if I were the recipient of an Oscar for my brilliant portrayal of Queen Elizabeth? Or, what if I were that person who just shuffled by with matted hair and a glazed expression unable to break the downward spiral of addiction? When I’m not dreaming I’m writing, of course; volunteering at a soup kitchen; off on an adventure with my grandchildren; or traveling.
I have a degree in English Literature and have been a feature writer for a newspaper, a technical writer at IBM, and an editor of a community newsletter. I grew up in Vietnam before the war and recently returned for a two-week tour during Tet. I live in rural New Hampshire, USA
